Domain & Email Address

In simplistic terms, a Domain (Website Name) is your physical address on the internet, i.e. a logical name that typically relates to your business name and or services provided.  Your site cannot exist without a Domain name being registered via a domain name provider service such as GoDaddy.com or similar.

An Email Account is a totally separate system and refers to an Email hosting service that is totally independent of the Domain Name registration and server.

I Have a Domain:
If you have a Domain name registered, please provide the Domain Name and corresponding URL if you have an existing website that is being replaced.  On completion of the site build and final review prior to official launch, sellonline24.com shall provide the IP of the hosted server location to point to the new website and remove any existing website.

In the event that your staff are unfamiliar with DNS settings, sellonline24.com can assist in making the necessary changes to your Domain Name provider DNS settings.

I Don’t Have a Domain:
In the event that you do not have a Domain, sellonline24.com shall investigate a suitable domain name and related cost of ownership, given the Domain Name registration does not form part of any sellonline24.com Plan.

I Don’t Have a Company Email:
Should you currently be using a Gmail, yahoo or other generic email service for your business, sellonline24.com can assess your needs and make a recommendation of which third-party email provider service to use.

Please note that the monthly hosting fee does not include Domain Name registration, Domain name ongoing charges or managing the email service provider administrative platforms.
