Requesting Site Changes

Clients can request Site Changes as part of their fully paid Subscription Fee service.  Clients must submit a formal written request detailing the proposed Site changes at support@sellonline24.com.  On receipt of notification, sellonline24.com will reach out to clarify if any further information is required ahead of making any changes, furthermore will instruct the Client to load any Content changes to the previously supplied Shared Folder used during the Build Phase.  If the proposed changes fall outside what is possible or would add additional costs (such as integration to some third-parties, for example), sellonline24.com shall notify you immediately to agree the next steps.

Client Responsibilities:
The Client is responsible to provide SellOnLine clear instructions of the changes to be made, specifying the specific Page/Section/Text/Graphic/Styling changes etc., required.  Any new Content must be legally owned or correctly licensed before uploading to the shared folder, or alternatively instruction made for sellonline24.com to source content.  Please allow a minimum of ten (10) days for the changes to be initiated, unless sellonline24.com request otherwise.

sellonline24.com Responsibilities:
sellonline24.com shall assess the proposed changes and respond in writing to confirm if the changes can be implemented or raise a flag where proposed changes cannot be addressed, together with an alternative suggested path forward where possible.  sellonline24.com will take the necessary steps to address every change request received.

sellonline24.com shall implement the changes either as a block of work or in part as appropriate, and inform the Client of the progress and any revised timelines.  Where a change request is significant, sellonline24.com may request a Validation Meeting to sign off activities ahead of release, else an email notification will be sent of a pending release.

Excessive Change Requests:
Where a Client makes change requests on a frequent basis, sellonline24.com will notify the Client and ask for a meeting to discuss concerns.  Where it is felt that the requests are significant and time-consuming, a Client may be requested to pay an additional mutually agreed fee to cover the over-extended workload required to maintain the Site.
