Validation Meetings
Site Build Validation Meeting:
The number of Site Build Validation Meetings is determined by the Plan taken, ranging from one (1) meeting to a maximum of three (3) meetings. The Site Build Validation Meeting is the formal process to review the Site in its entirety, provide feedback and requests for further change and agreement on launch/release.
A minimum of one (1) week ahead of the Validation Meeting, sellonline24.com shall provide access to the Site via a URL link (at this stage the correct domain will not have been provided) for Client review. The Client shall review the Site page by page, providing feedback preferably ahead of the Validation Meeting, facilitating where reasonably possible changes to be made ahead of the meeting. Please note that not all proposed change requests may be possible.
During the Validation Meeting, further change requests may be made. sellonline24.com will respond post-meeting if a change is possible and if yes, the estimated timeline.
In the event that sellonline24.com is unable to make any proposed change, agreement shall be reached either to accept the current design or recommend an alternative course of action. Completion of the final Validation Meeting and addressing agreed changes shall constitute release and formal launch of the Site.
The Client understands that they should be available for the Validation meeting, however if unavailable then a written submission of changes may be offered as an alternative form of feedback in which case sellonline24.com shall make changes where possible and confirm completion ahead of Site launch. Should the Client or their appointed representative not be available for a Validation meeting, the Site release shall be placed on hold and no further activity taken until such time as a Validation Meeting takes place.
Site Change Request Validation Meeting:
sellonline24.com at its discretion shall determine if a Validation Meeting is required for any Site Changes proposed, for example a change to Graphics and adding a new Product may not require a Validation Meeting for sign-off ahead of formal release.
Validation Meeting Format:
The Validation Meeting may take place in person or via a video conference call.
