Who Owns The Site Content?

Any Content provided by the Client that is legally owner remains the sole property of the Client.  Licensed Content remains the property of the licensing party.  Further, the database, archived information, order history is also the property of the Client.

The Client does not own any rights or privilege to Content uploaded by SellOnLine from third-party sources such as Graphics or other third-party related items, nor does the Client own any rights in regard to the developing platform (WordPress), any plugins associated with site performance such as Payment Gateways, the Site styling, colour schemes or parts thereof.
